Joel Anderson has been the featured artist in several shows, including the Autism Tree Project. His 'on-the-spot' portrait of Doug Flutie during the opening ceremonies and three additional artwork contributions raised $1,000 for the project. He has won several awards in San Diego County and has been featured in several local newspapers and on local television.

Our Mission

Enhancing Key Education for those
with Special Needs

KEEN fulfills its mission is through research into treatment methodologies, supporting caregivers in attending special needs specific conferences, funding for presenters for workshops, educational resources for caregivers, providing programs that are not ordinarily provided to enhance the education of special needs individuals. Please see KEEN Objectives

We are not a home or a school, though we do provide support for exceptional needs and gifted programs wherever resources are otherwise out of reach. Since there is no "one size fits all" model to respond to the broad spectrum of individuals, families and professionals affected, each application is evaluated on an individual basis by a committee in a holistic manner addressing the greatest needs of the applicant.

YOUR DONATION will help support autism education, awareness, advocacy, research, and most importantly, enable us to assist families living with autism.
